Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the HAPA Health Fair 2026!
On Saturday, October 24, the Haitian American Pharmacists Association is bringing free health screenings, HIV testing, medication reviews, and health education to the North Miami community at Stanton Memorial Baptist Church. We are looking for 25–30 volunteers to make it happen.
Volunteers help with: blood pressure, glucose, and cholesterol screening stations; brown-bag medication reviews; guest registration and sign-in; the Kids & Family Zone with Girl Scout Troop 1040; vendor and hospitality support; photography and social media; and event setup and teardown.
Who we need: licensed pharmacists, pharmacy and pre-pharmacy students, and community members. You do not need a healthcare background — several roles need nothing but a willing attitude.
What you get: Water and lunch, documented community service hours, and the chance to serve alongside pharmacists and healthcare professionals. Full-day volunteers get first pick of raffle prizes.
Please select your preferred shift and role below. We will follow up with your assignment and orientation details by October 17.
Please read our Volunteer Guidelines before your shift.
Sign-ups close October 10.
Please note: Insurance and benefits tables for the 2026 Health Fair are full. We are not accepting new insurance vendors. We still welcome health screenings, clinics, pharmacies, wellness, nutrition, mental health, and community resource organizations. Insurance partners are invited to join us at Pharma-Fest 2027.
Saturday, October 24, 2026 · 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (vendor setup from 7:30 AM) Stanton Memorial Baptist Church, 50 NE 119th Street, North Miami, FL 33161
Free vendor and exhibitor tables at the HAPA Health Fair 2026 — a free community health fair in North Miami expected to welcome 150 to 200 guests for screenings, HIV testing, pharmacist medication reviews, and health education.
Register here to request a table. There is no fee. This registration is for vendors and exhibitors only. Community guests, please visit hapafla.org/community-health-fair-2026.
Who should exhibit
What you get: HAPA can provide one 6-foot table and two chairs, or you may bring your own — tell us which in your registration. Every confirmed vendor is listed in the day-of program and thanked from the stage.
Vendor schedule: setup 7:30–9:30 AM · doors open 10:00 AM · fair closes and breakdown begins at 4:00 PM (please do not break down early) · venue clear by 5:30 PM.
Vendor guidelines — education and connection, not sales
Want more visibility? Sponsor the fair. Tables stay free, and vendors who sponsor get better placement and recognition: Vendor Spotlight $250 · Silver $500 · Gold $1,000 · Presenting Sponsor $6,000 (one available, covers the full cost of the fair). Answer "yes" to the sponsorship question and we will send details with your confirmation. Full details: hapafla.org/health-fair-2026-vendors
How it works: 1) Register by October 10. 2) HAPA reviews each request and replies within a few business days. 3) Approved vendors receive a confirmation email with the vendor agreement. 4) One week before the fair you receive your table location, load-in and parking instructions, and a day-of contact.
